If you are not yet 20 years old or have less than one year of bodybuilding experience, then you are advised to wait to do any workout on steroids; if you meet this requirement, you can consider yourself a beginner steroid user.
So, choose which category you belong to and stick to a training routine for beginners for advanced bodybuilders. All this time, you will have to pay attention to several factors that maximize your workout's effectiveness on steroids. If you work out on steroids to increase muscle mass, then you will have to stimulate your muscle mass to the maximum.
This can be achieved by gradually increasing the weights you work out on steroids. And also using supersets training elements. Use high-intensity training. But do not go with high loads right from the beginning of the steroid cycle.

Warming up before each training is the main rule for a free injury session if you plan to work out on steroids. At least, this is how it should be, despite people still ignoring it. Good warm-up becomes even more critical in the case of training when you are on steroids.
Since anabolics significantly increase body strength, you feel ready to work out a workout on steroids with bigger weights than you usually do. But your joints and ligaments strength are the same, and you risk getting severe injuries if you avoid warming up.
Injuries automatically decrease the effectiveness of the steroid cycle. You will be out of the gym for a while or, in the better case, will be able to train, but with lower intensity.

Although you will have to work hard with heavy weights, make sure you do not do it more often than three times a week. Putting together your desire to get bigger and your new body abilities induced by steroids, you may consider training a very productive routine each day.
But it is not. Your goal is to overstimulate your muscles but not overtrain them. Bear this in mind every time you read another success story on board messages about how someone managed to train workout on steroids each day as you work out and get impressive results.
Stay realistic, and decide what works for you but not for others. Like in the case of regular training, muscles tissue repair during recovery, thus getting bigger. So, give your body 8-10 hours of sleep per night, and train no more than three times per week.
Following the right training routine while cycling is as important as you end up doing it. This stage is known as the post-cycle cycle, during which the steroid user takes some drugs to help the body to restore its testosterone production and to prevent losses of muscle mass gained over the period as you work out on steroids.
So, once you cease steroid use and begin PCT, you also have to decrease the workout on steroids intensity. This means reducing the weights you work with, several reps, and the training duration. Thus, two weeks later, the steroid cycle ended. You must train with light weights and not feel tired when training is finished.
Do not make the mistake of believing that training with the same high intensity as you did during a cycle. It will help you to preserve gained muscle mass. It is not true. The higher the power, the more complex the catabolic process which occurs in the result.
In other words, higher muscle mass loss. Four weeks later, once you finish a cycle, you can gradually increase your training intensity. After two other weeks, you will train with the same energy you did before cycling.
As you see, the workout routine is slightly different when you work out on steroids. You will have to follow high-intensity training, with a three-times-a-week frequency. Steroids give you the perfect background for muscle growth, but you must fill up with the right exercise program for great results.
